• What happened, and what you expected.
• Your iPhone model and iOS version.
• The schlep's invite code, if it's about a specific walk.

Your account and data

You can delete your account from inside the app. If you'd rather we do it, or you want a copy of your data, email us from the address you signed up with, or tell us your username. Details are in the privacy policy.

Safety

You can report or block another walker from inside the app. If someone is in danger, call 911 first. For anything else, write to us and we'll act on it.
